You will work flexibly, so some days at home and some days in the office so that we can maintain the team vibe and also help develop all team members to be the best version of themselves and gain all the knowledge needed to help our clients.

You won’t need any formal wear as we are very informal and wear hoodies to the office and to meet clients.
Communication is also very important for us, both for the team and clients. We are very approachable.
You will receive a great salary dependent on experience and a generous holiday allowance of 23 days plus bank holidays plus 1 day for each year worked. You can also purchase up to 5 extra days.
You will work both at home and in our office in Fernwood, Newark. You will have set days in the office but may also be required to travel to clients’ premises occasionally.
The hours worked are flexible, as long as they are worked within the week, so if you have an appointment you need to go to, you can make the time up whenever!

You will be part of an amazing team who work in a relaxed atmosphere and help each other as much as possible.
You will have worked in an accountancy practice for several years and have experience in delivering a great service and building relationships with small business owners.
You will be ACA or ACCA qualified and have experience in a management position.
You will enjoy doing a final check on year-end accounts, tax returns (company and personal) and management accounts for a variety of clients and holding meetings to discuss them.
You will be able to manage a small team to ensure all tasks are allocated correctly and are being completed accurately and promptly.
You will be able to assist the directors in running the practice by overseeing aspects such as team training, onboarding, fee renewals, invoicing, monitoring KPIs, etc.
You will have strong communication skills as well as being highly attentive to detail, having great analytical skills and will be able to work to deadlines.
