• You will submit accounts and tax returns to Companies House/HMRC and liaise with the client to ensure they understand how and when to pay any tax due.
• Client onboarding and quoting.
• Helping to grow Future Cloud Accounting along with their strategy.

We are hiring for an Operations Manager who will play a key role in the growth Future Cloud Accounting. We are looking at streamlining our systems, workflows and being more efficient. We want someone to drive this area, drive the business and drive KPIs!!

We are hiring for a Cloud Accountant who will play a key role in the software side of client’s business and with their accounting. You will be helping with automations and efficiencies to drive their business forward.

You will also be developing your tax knowledge and assisting the team.

The role

• Experienced in all cloud accounting software
• Skilled in tech and loves finding “better ways”
• You will help the team develop their skills in cloud accounting
• Helping clients with cashflow/management reports and advice

Cloud bookkeeper

The role

• You will be a bookkeeper with some accounting knowledge who has worked with Xero to deliver a great service.
• Ideally, you will know Xero inside out and will be able to correct errors made previously and clean up old data.

Skills needed

• You will be able to use Microsoft Excel to a basic standard. Knowledge of systems which integrate with Xero will also be an advantage.
• You will be able to prepare, reconcile and submit VAT returns and liaise with clients to let them know how much to pay.
• You will be comfortable liaising with clients on the phone and email to obtain all the information needed.
• You will be able to complete the bookkeeping to standard that means that we can use the figures at any point in the year to see an accurate profit figure and minimal adjustments will be needed when the year-end accounts are prepared

Payroll employee

We are hiring for a Payroll Employee to manage our client’s employee salaries and keep an accurate record of employee hours, ensuring everyone is paid on time.

Also, as a Future Cloud Payroll employee, you can help the company make decisions about our growth and future plans when it comes to growing our payroll department.

We are looking for someone with proficiency in a variety of payroll software, like Xero, Employment Hero, and Bright (as examples).

The role

• Verify how many hours employees have worked
• Record payroll data in the company’s software system
• Calculate overtime, salary increases and shift payments
• Process holiday, sick and maternity pay
• Issue P45s and other necessary tax forms
• Respond to employee questions and complaints about payroll
• Deduct tax and national insurance payments
• Ability to work to deadlines.
